A Technical Working Group meeting, chaired by PD NHSP Sindh Dr. Sahib Jan Badar on behalf of Director General Health Services Sindh, was held on July 22, 2025 to discuss and finalize the Essential Drug List (EDL). This key step aligns our EDL with the MMU checklist, ensuring better healthcare facilities across the province.
Representatives from RMNCH, PPHI, LHW Program, M&E, Population Welfare Department, MERF, ACASUS, Pathfinder, UNICEF, WHO, and SIEHS collaborated to ensure the new proposed EDL will be notified and available at all primary care health facilities for MNCH, nutrition, and FP services.
