The Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation (MERF) is a prominent not-for-profit organization actively improving health outcomes across Pakistan, with a significant presence in Sindh province. MERF has been a key partner to the Department of Health, Government of Sindh, under a Public-Private Partnership model since 2016. In line with the objective of NHSP, this initiative aims to reduce morbidity and mortality by improving access to quality care in these areas. MERF manages operations in 2 districts, Thatta and Sujawal.
