A comprehensive field visit to district Kashmore was conducted by the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist, NHSP Sindh, to evaluate health facility performance and streamline essential service delivery targets. Key coordination meetings were held with the District Health Officer (DHO) and the District Manager of PPHI Kashmore to review the status of health facilities under both Department of Health (DoH) and PPHI management. The discussions focused on tracking key performance and readiness indicators, resulting in firm commitments from both leaderships to bridge identified facility gaps. To evaluate ground-level operations, the M&E Specialist also conducted an on-site monitoring visit to BHU Plus Malguzar, utilizing the readiness scorecard to assess service standards and confirming that the facility seamlessly logs real-time service delivery data through DHIS to maintain data transparency and improve the quality of primary care across the region.
