Data-Driven Progress: Tracking & Tackling Stunting in Sindh

With Sindh facing a critical malnutrition burden—where stunting continues to impact the future of millions of children across the province—real-time tracking and unified action are more urgent than ever. To confront this challenge, a vital follow-up meeting was held at the PMU NHSP to review the progress of the Integrated Stunting and Reduction Dashboard. This innovative digital platform will shift the healthcare response from delayed, retrospective reporting to live, evidence-based precision by tracking stunting trends and nutritional gaps across every district in real time. By providing immediate visibility, the dashboard allows health leaders to deploy life-saving therapeutic resources and frontline interventions exactly where they are needed most. The session featured highly collaborative and invaluable technical insights from a unified provincial coalition, including representatives from the World Bank, UNICEF, PPHI, UNWFP, MIS, DGHSS, SIHPP, EPI Sindh, SPA, and the Task Force Secretariat for Nutrition. Through this coordinated, data-driven effort, Sindh is building a smarter, faster lifeline to secure a healthier future for its children.
